Project Description

  • We converted two 40-hour, paper-based, self-study courses into approximately 15 hours of web-based training on basic mortgage-banking topics, and company-specific products and procedures.
  • The e-Learning was used as part of a blended solution with a 5-day workshop.

Results

  • The client estimated they would save $3.5 million in printing and shipping alone over 3 years.
  • The client’s trainers reported that students preferred the e-Learning, and they came to the workshop more prepared than they had been after completing the paper-based prerequisites.
  • Because students learned more before the workshop, it was revised to replace more basic content with advanced sales and marketing content.
