  • The client wanted a web-based version of their core leadership training workshop to efficiently train large groups of their clients’ employees on their performance-based leadership model.
  • We designed and developed a 5-hour course in Flash that included:
    • Extensive examples, practice exercises, and scenarios
    • Video scenarios and interactions
    • Mastery quizzes after each module
    • A capstone module that brought together the concepts from the entire course
    • Printable job aids

Results

  • Our clients were so happy with the course that they began using it to train their internal consultants, and they modified some of their instructor-led content based on our e-Learning design.
  • At one client site, learner satisfaction ratings for this course averaged more than 4 on a 5-point scale.
