Audience

Experienced loan processors who were transferred to a new processing system.

Project Description

• We converted 5 workshops into approximately 16 hours of web-based training. The e-Learning was used as part of a blended solution with a hands-on lab practice session and on-the-job training.
• The courses covered the entire loan-fulfillment process using highly interactive software simulations.

Results

• The client tested a beta version of the courses with target audience members. On average, learners improved 40% from pre-test to post-test.
• Employees’ classroom time decreased from around 5 days with the old workshops to 1/2 day with the new e-Learning / practice lab solution, plus they got twice as much hands-on practice.
• Tech support staff began referring callers to the e-Learning as performance support.
